I'm a former competitive ice hockey and MMA athlete.
In those sports, looking strong means nothing. You either move and produce force — or you get exposed.
Then I got injured. Badly.
The doctors told me I might not run again. Might not jump again. Maybe not even walk normally.
I didn't accept that.
I researched everything I could about movement and rehab. I trained when I wasn't supposed to. I studied how force really transfers through the body —
coordination, core control, rotation, stability, speed, and power.
That's when I realized why I'd broken down in the first place. I'd been training like a bodybuilder while competing like an athlete. My body finally said no.
So I rebuilt from zero.
I came back stronger in ways that translated. Faster. More durable. Harder to break.
KFM is that system — built so you don't have to break first to learn what I learned.
