Read the program overview. Inside the dashboard,

Run Week 1, Day 1.
Push session. The structure mirrors the free workout you already trained, just with progression baked in. Take the rest periods seriously.

Track your numbers.
Every session has space to log weights, reps, and notes. Use it. By Week 4, you'll see exactly what's improving.

Most online programs are built for people who don't show up. KFM isn't. It assumes you're going to do the work.
Run it for 8 weeks. Don't program-hop. Don't skip recovery work because it feels boring. The system works because every session is built on the one before it.
